The first step in preparing your home to stand out from the rest and attract qualified buyers is to make an appointment with us for a consultation. We will tour your home and take detailed notes and photographs. A few days after the consultation, sellers are provided a detailed proposal with instructions and an action plan of proven staging strategies and can choose to do it themselves or hire Loft & Blush Interiors to come back and stage. 

~Occupied Staging~
After the consultation, the next step is to execute the staging. The scope of the staging can vary depending on the size, age, and condition of the home. This may include, selection of new paint colors, rearranging or assistance removing furniture, and additions of new artwork, furniture, and accessories. You never get a second chance to make a first impression, so our goal is to present your home in it’s best light from the moment it hits the market.

~Vacant Staging~
Ask any realtor and they will tell you vacant homes are a challenge to sell. In today’s market, staging is a necessity for strategically marketing vacant properties. Most buyers find it difficult to envision their furnishings in an empty space. Keeping the buyer demographic for each property in mind, we create a fresh and welcoming space. We select new and trendy furniture, artwork and accessories to go with your space. We handle all rental furniture and accessory selection, delivery & installation as well as removal of the inventory upon sale of property.
